I had the opportunity to use Xero as part of one of my university assignments, where I applied the platform to complete accounting and reporting tasks. This experience introduced me to the practical side of cloud-based accounting and allowed me to see how technology supports financial accuracy and efficiency. 

Using Xero provided several benefits, such as real-time financial tracking, automated bank reconciliation, and simplified report generation. From this experience, I learned how to navigate digital accounting systems, automate routine processes, and produce accurate financial reports skills that are highly relevant in today’s technology-driven financial environment 

Alibaba eCommerce Certification 

I completed the Alibaba eCommerce Certification as part of my academic and professional development, where I explored key concepts of digital trade and online business operations. This certification introduced me to the practical tools and strategies used in global eCommerce, including product sourcing, digital marketing, and cross-border logistics.

The experience offered several benefits, such as understanding how digital platforms connect businesses to international markets, streamline transactions, and enhance supply chain efficiency. From this certification, I learned how to evaluate online business opportunities, leverage technology for market expansion, and apply eCommerce strategies in real-world business contexts.
