I am a final year finance student at Swinburne university and I hope to establish a career in financial services sector. My immediate objective is to have a practical experience at the time of acquiring skills in order to have a long-term growth. I have great competencies in portfolio management, financial analysis, and advanced Excel that allow me to make an effective evaluation of investments, analyze data accurately, and offer credible, value-driven information.
Born in Maputo, Mozambique, I completed my high school studies in 2020 at Hamza International School. In 2021, I moved to Malaysia to pursue my Diploma in Business at INTI International College, where I developed a strong interest in financial markets. This passion guided me to major in Finance at Swinburne University of Technology. Looking ahead, I aspire to complete the CFA and FRM certifications to equip myself with industry-leading knowledge and expertise.
Growing up, I spent a significant part of my upbringing on a farm, where I was actively involved in its daily operations. Being in that environment taught me the value of hard work, discipline, and problem-solving from an early age. I was able to contribute ideas that improved efficiency on the farm, giving me firsthand experience in identifying practical solutions and optimizing limited resources.
This experience not only deepened my appreciation for sustainable practices and resource management but also strengthened skills such as adaptability, analytical thinking, and teamwork qualities that continue to shape the way I approach challenges in both academic and professional settings.
