Events

• Tabletop We will be having our termly tabletop pitches on Tuesday (29th of April) and Thursday (1st of May) of week 22 this term, both will be in Bowland North SR 06, so make sure you have your pitches in the ⁠term-3-pitches channel so we can allocate a room for your groups! Additionally make sure you have your memberships for the society at these dates, on Thursday you can pay cash (£3) and gain a membership in person and not have to worry about doing it online! This term we will be having two one-shots, these being on Saturday 10th of May (week 23) and Saturday 14th of May (week 28). Head to the ⁠tabletop-announcements channel to find out more information On Saturday 31st of May (Week 26) there will be a TTRPG workshop run by our lovely tabletop rep @Val3ntine so if you want to workshop your adventure, gain ideas for combat or generally want to run by some ideas for a campaign drop by to chat. • Taster LARP @Luvlymish (She/her;00/01) has kindly offered to run a taster sized horror LARP (9 players minimum 6 players, 4-8 hours) one afternoon on 24th May called In The Dark. If this would be something you would want to try fill in the forms on the ⁠larp-announcements channel so that we can know how many of you are interested. 

• LURPZ Zine LURPS is writing a digital zine. If you would like to contribute an article submit here. If you have some homebrew content wanting an audience, strong opinions about RPGs or cool art you want to show off this is your chance. All goes to plan it will be publish under CCA on the LURPS Itch page. (edited)

• EGM We will be having an EGM this term! It will be on Thursday 5th of June (Week 27). We will be holding elections for Webmaster and a new exec role Assistant Tabletop Rep information for both roles can be found below, so please come to the AGM so that we can elect these exec positions! Webmaster Maintain LURPS online presence and resources, update and run the website, moderate the discord, engage with LURPS social media and ensure that all the online things are running smoothly Assistant Tabletop Rep The Tabletop Rep ensures that smooth running of all tabletop games and also will help the tabletop rep to do events throughout the term. This entails booking rooms for weekly games and meetings, as well as organising seasonal oneshots.
