• Tabletop Announcements We will be having our termly tabletop pitches on the Tuesday the 7th and Thursdays the 9th of October in bowland north seminar room 6 from 6pm, so make sure you have your pitches in ⁠term-1-pitches so we can allocate rooms for your groups. If you are new to the society or if you are an incoming GM and would like to run a game but dont know how to pitch your game or where to start send a message to ⁠gm-help and we can help you out.

• One-shots This term we will be having three one-shots, these being on Saturdays of week 1, 4 and 9 (11/10, 01/11 and 06/12). More information will be available closer to the dates.

• TTRPG Workshop On Sunday the 26th of October and 23rd of November there will be a TTRPG workshop run by our lovely tabletop rep @Val3ntine so if you want to workshop your adventure, gain ideas for combat or generally want to run by some ideas for a campaign drop by to chat. (more information will be posted :)) ) 

• LURPZ Zine LURPS is writing a digital zine. If you would like to contribute an article submit here. If you have some homebrew content wanting an audience, strong opinions about RPGs or cool art you want to show off this is your chance. All goes to plan it will be publish under CCA on the LURPS Itch page. 

• Larp Announcements Welcome to a new year of LARPing, continuing from last year the first event will be an intro day (week 2 18/10) where we explain to newcomers about the basics and safety precautions of LARP. LURPS has two ongoing larp systems, Heart of Chaos and Chrysalis. Heart of Chaos is an medieval fantasy where the players are part of a monster hunting guild being sent on missions. Fighting against abberant monsters and other mystical creatures alike. This LARP runs on saturdays, the first event being week 3 25/10. Chrysalis is a post apocalyptic LARP, with players being part of the town of Chimera. Survival and Exploration is key to the world of Chrysalis. This LARP runs town events on mondays the first event on Week 3 20/10 and linears (combat missions) on saturdays the first event being 8/11.
