Shipping 

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3-5 Days days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment is subject to Courier Company / post office norms.

We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 Days days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer.

So the ideal time-line of delivery is within 10 days of order confirmation and we highly recommend anyone who's planning to order for special occasions to keep this in mind before they place an order.

As we do not have any logistics company of our own and is reliable on 3PL's (3rd Party Logistics) for shipping there are a certain policies that we follow, 

• The shipping charges for your orders will be calculated on the total order weight and The price will differ based on that.

• The delivery timelines will depend on the location and mode of transport chosen for the order. Please note that the delivery timelines may differ depending on the courier company as well.

• The Estimated Delivery Date updated on the tracking page is an approximate derived by evaluating multiple factors. You can expect the order to be delivered before or after the EDD suggested.(That is why the order time-line is said to be "delivered within 10 days")

• All orders are attempted for delivery thrice, by default, in case of unsuccessful delivery. However, in case of cancellation requested by the customer, the order cannot be escalated for a re-attempt.

• If an order has been attempted to be delivered with damaged packaging, the customer is required to reject the delivery.

• LunaPrint is not liable to offer any compensation for misbehaviour, damages, lost orders, negative experiences, delays or unsuccessful deliveries from the courier partner's end.
