Luna AI allows users to sign in using Google Sign-In.
If you would like to delete your Luna AI account and associated data, please follow the steps below.
Send an email to litesocialapp@gmail.com from the same Google email address you used to sign in to Luna AI.
Use the subject line: “Delete My Luna AI Account”
No additional information is required.
Once we receive your request, we will verify the email address and process your deletion request.
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
Your Luna AI user account
Chat history and interactions
Preferences and app usage data linked to your account
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 days
Some minimal data may be retained temporarily for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, as required by law
No deleted data is used for analytics or marketing
You must send the request from the same Google account used to log in
If you no longer have access to that Google account, please mention this in your email and we will assist you
