Event/Party Terms and Conditions:

1. Please complete the Event Request form below to request Luna Rose come to your party or event. 

2. A non-refundable reservation fee of $50 will be required at the time of approval to hold your event date. 

3. Reservation fee can be applied to the host's jewelry of choice at time of event.

4. Hosts will enjoy discounts on their jewelry depending on how many guests make a purchase.

5. Event Requests should be completed at least 2 weeks in advance of event date to ensure proper time to gather supplies.

6. Waivers will be required before jewelry is installed. 

7. Persons under 18, should have a waiver and permission from their legal guardian for jewelry installation.
