Welcome to Mindful AI: Peer Analysis, an AI-powered application designed to support reflection, understanding, and discussion of workplace interactions and professional relationships.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Mindful AI mobile application and its services (collectively, the “App”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
For purposes of these Terms:
“App” refers to the Mindful AI: Peer Analysis mobile application and all related features and services.
“User”, “You” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the App.
“Content” includes all text, data, insights, analyses, suggestions, and responses generated by the App, including user-provided inputs and AI-generated outputs.
“AI Services” refers to third-party artificial intelligence systems and models (including DeepSeek-V3) used to generate Content.
Mindful AI: Peer Analysis is an informational and reflective tool intended to assist users in thinking through professional interactions, communication styles, and workplace dynamics.
You acknowledge and agree that:
The App is not a provider of psychological therapy, mental health services, legal advice, medical advice, or human resources decisions.
The App does not provide authoritative evaluations of individuals, teams, or organizations.
All Content is generated by AI and should be used as general guidance and reflection support, not as a substitute for professional judgment or consultation.
The App makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any Content.
Any decisions or actions you take based on the App’s Content are taken at your own discretion and risk.
No Account Required: The App does not require you to create a user account to access its core features.
Voluntary Input: You may choose to provide contextual information (e.g., descriptions of colleagues, team situations, or work challenges) to receive more relevant insights.
Privacy Handling: All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is processed and stored.
The App uses third-party AI services (such as DeepSeek-V3) to generate responses.
Your prompts and contextual inputs are transmitted to these services only for the purpose of generating Content.
We do not control the internal operation of third-party AI models.
We do not guarantee the behavior, accuracy, or availability of AI Services.
Your use of the App implies acceptance of applicable third-party terms governing these AI Services.
You agree to use the App responsibly and lawfully. You must not use the App to:
Generate content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, or promotes harassment, hate, or violence.
Create or seek content that is sexually explicit, abusive, or exploitative.
Violate the privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
The App is intended for adult users.
By using the App, you represent that you are legally permitted in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement and to use advisory-style applications.
The App, including its design, structure, user interface, and original materials, is owned by the developers of Mindful AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
AI-generated Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit Content for commercial purposes.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary logic from the App, except as permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindful AI and its developers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from:
Your reliance on AI-generated Content.
Decisions or actions taken based on insights provided by the App.
Errors, interruptions, or unavailability of the App or AI Services.
Misinterpretation of Content related to colleagues or workplace situations.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be effective upon updating the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
