By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must discontinue use of the Application immediately.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

AI Photo Enhancer - LumiPic is a mobile application designed to enhance, edit, and process photos directly on the user’s device using AI-powered image processing technologies.

The Application is intended solely for personal and non-commercial use unless otherwise explicitly permitted.

2. NO COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

LumiPic is designed with a privacy-first approach.

The Application DOES NOT:

* collect personal information;

* store personal information;

* transmit personal information to our servers;

* process personal information on external servers;

* sell, rent, share, or disclose personal information to third parties.

We do not require account registration.

We do not request:

* names;

* email addresses;

* phone numbers;

* biometric identifiers;

* government identification;

* payment information;

* location data;

* contacts;

* messages;

* browsing history.

3. IMAGE PROCESSING POLICY

All image processing is performed locally on the user’s device whenever technically possible.

The Application DOES NOT:

* store uploaded images;

* retain edited images;

* upload original images to developer-controlled servers;

* upload processed images to developer-controlled servers;

* maintain backups of user images;

* create permanent copies of user content.

All images selected, imported, edited, generated, exported, or saved through the Application remain stored exclusively on the user’s personal device and under the user’s control.

Users are solely responsible for:

* managing their images;

* backing up their images;

* deleting their images;

* securing access to their devices and local storage.

4. LOCAL DEVICE STORAGE

The Application may temporarily access local device storage solely for the purpose of:

* opening images selected by the user;

* processing images requested by the user;

* saving edited images to the device gallery or selected folder.

Temporary processing data, cache files, or memory buffers may be created automatically by the operating system during active App usage. Such temporary data is managed by the operating system and not intentionally retained by the developer.

We do not guarantee permanent deletion of temporary operating-system-level cache or memory artifacts beyond our direct technical control.

5. NO CLOUD STORAGE

LumiPic does not provide cloud storage functionality.

We do not:

* synchronize user images;

* maintain online galleries;

* provide remote backups;

* host user-generated content;

* archive user media.

Any third-party cloud backups enabled on the user’s device (including Apple iCloud, Google Photos, Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar services) are governed exclusively by the policies and settings of those third-party providers.

We are not responsible for third-party cloud storage behavior or security practices.

6. PERMISSIONS

Depending on device platform and operating system, the Application may request limited permissions necessary for core functionality, including:

• Photos / Media Access

Used exclusively for:

* selecting images;

* editing images;

* saving processed images.

The Application does not access user photos without explicit user action and permission.

• Camera Access

If enabled, camera access is used solely for capturing photos directly inside the Application.

We do not record video, audio, or camera activity in the background.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Application may rely on third-party operating system frameworks, app stores, analytics-free SDKs, or hardware acceleration libraries required for technical functionality.

However, we intentionally avoid integrating third-party advertising networks or invasive tracking systems whenever possible.

We do not knowingly share user images with third parties.

Users acknowledge that mobile operating systems and app marketplaces (such as Apple App Store or Google Play) may independently collect technical or diagnostic information according to their own privacy policies.

We are not responsible for data collection practices performed independently by:

* Apple Inc.;

* Google LLC;

* device manufacturers;

* mobile carriers;

* operating system providers;

* third-party cloud providers.

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Application is not directed toward children under the age required by local digital consent laws.

If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through the Application, they should contact us immediately. Users must not use the Application for:

* AVAILABILITY.

We do not guarantee that:

* image processing results will meet expectations;

* files will not be lost or corrupted;

* the Application will be compatible with all devices or operating systems.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

* loss of images;

* corrupted files;

* data loss;

* device malfunctions;

* indirect damages;

* incidental damages;

* consequential damages;

* loss of profits;

* reputational harm;

* emotional distress;

* unauthorized access to user devices;

* actions of third parties;

* operating system failures;

* cloud backup leaks;

* user misuse of the Application.

Users assume full responsibility for all risks associated with the use of the Application.

12. SECURITY

Because user images are stored locally on the user’s own device, the security of such content depends primarily on:

* device security;

* operating system protections;

* user password practices;

* local storage encryption;

* third-party cloud settings.

Users are responsible for protecting access to their own devices.

We cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access, malware, device compromise, hacking, or operating system vulnerabilities.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, branding, software code, AI models, interface elements, graphics, and Application-related materials belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of their own images.

14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication inside the Application, website, or app marketplace listing.

Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
