Appointments

We are by-appointment only. Please book online or call us at (042) 603 0455.

Lateness

Please plan to arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment. We cannot assure that you will be seen if you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment. Please understand that the treatments need their allocated time to get the best result possible, we cannot rush or cut corners.

Perfecting Session

Each treatment includes a Perfecting Session which is part of the treatment cost. The Perfecting Session must be completed within 3 months of the original treatment (we recommend that you schedule your Perfecting Session before you leave).

Touch- up Session

Timing for Touch-Up sessions are calculated from the date of the last treatment (whether it is a Perfecting Session or another Touch-Up). For example, if you had your treatment on January 1st, and your complimentary Perfecting Session on March 1st, then the six-month period for a Touch-up ends on September 1st. Please note that we only offer Touch-Ups to work done in our place (new clients are not eligible for Touch-Up pricing).

Refunds

All treatments and products are non-refundable.

Contra Indications & Limitations

We may require doctor’s permission to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions. We do not perform treatments on women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or on anyone who is under the age of 18.
