"Perhaps the most striking finding across the three study cities (Phoenix, Chicago, Miami) was that within-Hispanic segregation by income is just as prominent as segregation between Hispanics and non-Hispanics, especially when comparing the highest and lowest income groups" (Lukinbeal et.al. 2012, 121).
