This video is a simple display of the job that I hope to have. While it is not as glamorous as some other careers, I am drawn to engineering because it equates to physical items in the real world.
My plan after graduating from MJC is to transfer to a university to attain my Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering. I hope to then find a job that I love in the field and pursue my doctorate while continuing my application on the job.
I feel that my progression through MJC has given me a great understanding of the way that the "system" works, as well as an understanding of the best way to progress quickly.
If any student, new or not, would like advice on how to best optimize their time at MJC (especially if studying for a STEM degree) they would be more than welcome to contact me at ljohnson60@student.yosemite.edu
