I was born April 5, 1998 at Memorial Hospital in Modesto, CA. While I thought that I would pursue a career in medicine for many years, my participation in competitive robotics at Beyer High School inspired me to pursue a career in engineering. I have lived in Modesto all of my life, and am happy to continue my studies here at Modesto Junior College. After graduation from MJC, I plan to transfer to a university to pursue my studies in mechanical engineering.
I am now a full-time student who also works part time for a local business. While my studies have been rigorous (taking 25 units over the course of this Summer 2017 semester) I am happy to put in the extra work now to ensure a better life for both myself and my future family.
While I do not have an extensive history with art, my studies in engineering have required some drafting/drawing. I do not claim to be an artist by any means, but I feel that my ability to work with straight lines and balance the within a composition have been helped greatly by my work in novice engineering and design.
