LUISA OPITZ

Welcome! I'm a PhD  student in Economics at Bocconi University. 

I work at the intersection of public finance and behavioural economics, using empirical evidence to inform the design of welfare-improving policy.

I graduated with a BA from Sciences Po Paris and an MSc in Economics from LSE.  

In 2025/2026, I will be back in London for the fall semester, visiting Camille Landais at LSE. In the spring semester, I will visit Emmanuel Saez at UC Berkeley.
