On the determination of the Schools Division Superintendent, Ms. Cherrylou D. De Mesa to accommodate the overwhelming population of marginalized students of Luis Aguado National High School and addressed its 2-Shift Class Program, she made a verbal and written directive to School Principal, Mrs. Norma N. Ponsaran to occupy the school situated in South Summit Ridge Residences built by the National Housing Authority (NHA) on 2013. Strategically, students in Phase I Southville A Brgy. Inocencio, Catangan, Expansion and those residing near the location were included in the transfer. On November 12, 2015 , Fiscal Mundo National High School (extension of Luis Aguado National High School) started its operation and more than 700 students and 23 teachers occupied the 3-storey building with 15 classrooms. The total land area was approximately 1516 m2 lot.
The school utilized 12 rooms for teaching students, 1 room shared by the school library and clinic, 1 room for canteen services and the other one was shared by the guidance and administrative office. The first few weeks served as a period of adjustment for both the teachers and students. Primary problems were lack of electricity and water supply. While waiting for the ranking result of the Division Office, Mrs. Norma N. Ponsaran temporarily designated Mr. Conrado D. Obar Jr. as an Acting OIC and Guidance Counselor of Fiscal Mundo National High School. He diligently led the teachers and together they made the place worthy and conducive to learning.
When the result of the ranking for OIC had given and with the request of the School Principal, the Schools Division Superintendent Ms. Cherrylou D. De Mesa assigned Mrs. Gina H. Alberto to be the Teacher-In- Charge in Fiscal Mundo National High School. She focussed first on the accomplishment of the documents needed in the establishment of the school. The requirements were satisfactorily completed and Fiscal Mundo National High School was established on October 2016.
