The Eric Luong Charity Open Badminton Tournament

Thank you all for two fabulous weekends, both tournaments were host to many talented and skilled players. This past Summer, we raised $500 for charity.
The dates of the tournaments this Winter: the Luero Open XVIX (Dec 26-28, 2025) and Junior Luero XVI (Dec 21-23, 2025).
Between tournaments, we are open on Thursday nights and Sunday afternoons until the end of June. (book via City of Ottawa drop in sport 2 days prior online). We are back to our regular Thursday nights and Sunday afternoons.
We thank you for your patronage and look forward to seeing you at this years event.

They just informed me that they are resurfacing the gym floor from Dec 29-Jan 4. Hence, the Junior Luero is now Dec 21-23. 2025.
Registration is now open.

Project Mission
Project Mission
In 2010, one of our members suddenly passed so to celebrate his life, we honour him by running the Luero inviting new and old friends to compete in what has become a very competitive , still friendly tourney. To date we have raised $14, 750 for multiple charities in Ottawa. The $500 raised from the last Christmas Luero are being donated to Terry Fox Foundation .
