**When scheduling Mobile Slaughter Services, animals MUST be in a pen that is easily accessible by vehicle and on stable ground. The Butcher reserves the right to refuse service if animals are loose or difficult to reach. When scheduling the slaughter of four or more animals at a time, please ensure access to a hose with fresh water to maintain clean meat and working areas if you are able.**

Beef Slaughter fee Over 1000 # hanging weight: $200/animal
Bison Slaughter fee: $175/animal
Standard Cut and Wrap (2# ground packages and 4 steaks per package): $1.00/lb
Smaller packages of burger or steak, additional charge: $0.15/lb
Additional Hang time(more than 14 days): $0.10/lb/day

Emergency Slaughter Calls(Additional fee): $100/per head
Travel Fee (per mile beyond 25 miles from shop): $1.00/mile
Sanitization fee: $75.00
Split fee (Quarter fee): $25.00/individual
Additional Handling fee (additional deboning beyond specialty cuts, complications caused by growers during slaughter, storage/housing of animals for slaughter, additional trimming due to injury): $30.00/individual
Vacuum Sealing fee: $1.00/pound of vacuum-sealed product
Storage fee (one week after client is called to notify of ready for pick up): $2.00/crate/day

Pepperoni Sticks: $8.00/lb
Bacon: $3.00/ lb
Ham: $2.00/lb
Fresh links (Bratwurst/ Italian Sausage): $5.00/lb
Smoked links (German Sausage/ Bratwurst/ Italian Sausage): $7.00/lb
Summer Sausage: $6.00/lb
Jerky: $5.00/lb
Jerky Stix: $10.00/lb
Upgrade any processed meat to include jalapeno or cheddar for an additional: $0.50/lb
