3D Modelling
Fantasy desk:
This is a 3D model I made in Maya. I wanted to try and test my modeling skills and create something outside of my comfort zone, so I found a desk being sold online. It looked very intricate and whimsical, and all of the little details on it really stood out to me. I took some creative liberty with it and changed parts of it, but it is heavily inspired off of that desk.
Below are the references I used and the unrendered version:

Low poly head:
I made this head in Maya. This was one of my first proper attempts at 3D modeling. I desperately wanted to get better at it, so I spent hours on this at home trying to make it as good as I could. I knew it wasn't going to be incredibly detailed, so I leaned into a more low poly style and focused on getting the key planes of the face down.
Making this has helped me improve my 2D work too, as it has helped me understand facial planes and how to block out and individualize the basic structures when designing a character's face.Â
