I am a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Economics (Rtd-B) in the Department of Economics and Statistics at the University of Naples Federico II, a Research Fellow at the Center for Studies in Economics and Finance (CSEF), and a member of the Money and Finance Research Group (MoFiR).

I am an applied microeconomic theorist with a research focus on topics in organizational economics, contract theory, labor economics, and corporate governance.

I received a Ph.D. in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics.
