Welcome to my webpage!

I am an Assistant Professor of Finance in the Department of Economics and Statistics at the University of Naples Federico II and a Research Fellow at the Center for Studies in Economics and Finance (CSEF). 

I am an  applied microeconomic theorist and my research focuses on topics in organizational economics, contract theory, labor economics and corporate governance. 

I received a Ph.D. in Economics form the Norwegian School of Economics.
