Research interests

Modelling and optimisation for mathematical image processing, with focus on:

variational reconstruction methods in imaging inverse problems
non-smooth & non-convex optimisation
physics-inspired learning with convergence guarantees

with applications to:

computational microscopy
digital restoration and analysis of artworks
bio-inspired models for vision
