Head Trainer Lliam Thompson
Lliam Thompson is a high school athlete and dedicated football trainer based in St. Peters, Missouri. Currently a student athlete at Fort Zumwalt South High School (Class of 2027 Junior 17 years old), Lliam plays running back and slot receiver as well as being a track sprinter competing in the 4x100m and 100m and has developed speed, explosiveness, and elite on-field performance qualities. His personal athletic achievements include a 40-yard dash of 4.63 seconds, shuttle times under 4.0 seconds, an L-cone time of 6.65 seconds, a squat of 520lbs, a bench press of 315lbs, and a vertical of over 34in showcasing his exceptional agility, quickness and strength.Â
Lliam has extensive training experience in football training, speed development, and combine preparation. Being coached by the likes of people including the former 8yr NFL veteran Cornerback Pierre Desir. Combining his knowledge of Olympic lifts, plyometrics, and position-specific drills to help young athletes maximize their potential. Lliam believes that no matter what genetics your born with you can become bigger faster stronger and get better at the game of football with hard work. With a focus on measurable results and proper technique, he teaches players not just how to move faster and stronger, but how to become smarter, more confident athletes. Lliam is passionate about helping youth and high school athletes improve their performance, reach their goals, and succeed both on and off the field.
