Our curriculum is meticulously designed around two components: Language and Culture. Our language instruction focuses on the practical use of Chinese in everyday situations, ensuring students can immediately apply their learning. Through dynamic and engaging activities, students will master the following topics:
· Greetings: Achieving mastery of basic greetings to communicate with family and friends from the very first lesson.
· Self-Introduction: Demonstrating competence in sharing personal information such as name, age, interests, and place of residence.
· Family: Describing family relationships and members in Chinese.
· Numbers: Acquiring the ability to count from 0 to 100 in Chinese within a single lesson.
· Time and Date: Discussing daily schedules, important dates, and festivities.
· Daily Routines: Describing daily activities and locations with accuracy.
· Transportation: Expressing experiences and opinions on various modes of transportation.
· Colors: Identifying and expressing preferences regarding colors.
· Body Parts: Describing body parts using complete sentences.
· Animals: Discussing favorite animals and pets.
· Food: Describing and expressing preferences for foods focusing on taste and appearance.
· Subjects: Discussing school subjects, including preferences and reasons.
· Occupations: Discussing professions, including those of family members and personal aspirations.
· Antonyms: Using Chinese to compare characteristics effectively.

Recognizing the integral role of culture in language acquisition, we offer activities designed to deepen cultural appreciation. These activities include:
· Classic Chinese Children's Songs: Utilizing music to reinforce language learning and cultural appreciation.
· Chinese Dance: Engaging children in the vibrant rhythms and movements of traditional Chinese dance, fostering appreciation for cultural expression and physical coordination.
· Chinese Painting and Calligraphy: Introducing traditional brush and ink techniques as a pathway to Chinese bamboo brush art, while fostering calmness and focus in young children's development.
· Chinese Paper Cutting: Exploring the art of paper cutting for creating festive decorations, fostering creativity and cultural appreciation.
· Beijing Opera Mask Making: Exploring the symbolism of mask colors and designs in traditional Chinese opera, encouraging artistic expression and cultural understanding.
· Traditional Food Making: Hands-on experience in making traditional and festive food such as dumplings, glutinous rice dumplings, and mooncakes, fostering community engagement during traditional Chinese festivals.
· Traditional Games and Sports: Participating in cultural games and sports like Chinese chess, shuttlecocks, ping pong, badminton, Taiji, etc., to enhance physical agility and cultural understanding.
