Meet your PTO Board

Erin Albert, President

Erin grew up in Wisconsin and lived a few different places around the country with her husband (Jeff) before settling in Colorado in 2013.  She and her husband have three kids - Parker (an LTE graduate), Caroline who is in 5th grade, and Owen who is in 3rd.   Erin is excited to use the project management skills learned during her "previous life" managing clinical trial for pharmaceutical companies.   During her free time, you can find Erin riding and training her horse, fulfilling a lifelong dream.  She loves spending time in the mountains with her family.  

Sara Hammerbeck, Vice President

Sara is originally from northern Wyoming but has called Colorado home for the last 20 years.  She and her husband Drew have two daughters who attend LTE; Emma who is a 6th grader and Addison who is a 4th  grader.  During the week, Sara works for a local non-profit healthcare facility.  In her free time, she loves to spend time with family and friends, experiment with new recipes, and travel.

Kendra Harris, Co-Chair Vice President 

Kendra Harris is a Colorado native who grew up in Highlands Ranch and graduated from the University of Colorado. She met her husband at CU, and together they have two kids—a 7-year-old son in 2nd grade at LTE and a 4-year-old daughter.  Kendra works in education and enjoys spending her free time cheering on local sports teams with her family.  She’s excited to support the LTE community through the PTO. 

Suzy Begalieva, Treasurer

Suzy moved from New York to Lone Tree after marrying David, a Colorado native. Together, they are proud parents of Sonia, a 2nd grader at LTE, and Elizer, who is 3 years old.  With a background in accounting and tax, as well as experience in management, Suzy brings a strong set of organizational and professional skills to the PTO.  Outside of school, Suzy enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, jogging, and traveling the world with her family. She is fluent in Russian and Kyrgyz and is originally from the mountainous country of Kyrgyzstan, formerly part of the USSR. Having grown up surrounded by mountains, Suzy feels especially at home in Colorado and loves the beautiful Rocky Mountains. 

Cally Lever, Volunteer Coordinator

Cally Lever was born and raised in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. She attended Colorado State University (Go Rams!), where she met her husband, Adam. They now live in Parker with their two energetic boys, Beckett (heading into 2nd grade at LTE) and Brooks, who will be right behind him in a few years. When they aren't chasing the boys around, they love being outside with their dogs, making memories, and occasionally finishing a cup of coffee before it gets cold.  Cally is the Director of Human Resources  and a partner at CRS Insurance Brokerage.  She is very excited to be part of such a wonderful organization supporting our school and community. 

Lindsey Brown, Communications Director

Lindsey was born and raised in Castle Rock and enjoyed attending Douglas County schools.  She met her husband at the University of Colorado at Boulder (Go Buffs!) and lived briefly in Chicago and Wisconsin after graduation.  Lindsey, her hubby and three children love and live in Lone Tree.  Lindsey has two children at LTE (1st & 4th grade) and one at Cresthill Middle School (6th grade).  Lindsey enjoys running the Bluffs, playing pickleball and mahjong with friends, traveling and adventuring with her family. 

Vanessa Oren, Secretary

Vanessa is a Colorado native, born and raised in Boulder. Vanessa and her husband live in Lone Tree with their son and daughter, who both attend LTE. Professionally, she works as a family nurse practitioner. In her free time, she stays active through skiing, floor hockey, and hiking, and loves traveling the world with her family.
