The technical part of the event will be held in the historic Hotel E, a four-start boutique hotel situated in the iconic beaux-arts building in the heart of Santa Rosa, between the Mayacamas and Sonoma Mountains.  

We have secured room blocks at well-negotiated rates at

(i)   preferred: Hotel E, with rooms containing a single bed of queen/king sizes;

(ii)   Art House Hotel, the sister hotel of Hotel E that is 250 m away, with larger apartment suites.
