Bands

At LRHS, we offer multiple band ensembles to fit students' needs, schedules, and ability levels.  With over 75 musicians, our bands perform at winter and spring school concerts, as well as at adjudication festivals.  Many of our students perform in more than one ensemble, and the ensembles often perform together, giving the musical pieces a fuller, more diverse sound.  In addition to performing in one of these incredible ensembles, many of our students practice a chosen piece for months before participating in the Solo & Ensemble Festival, which takes place at LRHS every January.
