Accommodation may be provided to the participants at Chanakya Sadan Guest House at Khandari Campus upon request. The following options are available
AC Dormitory (only for girls)
Rs. 240 Rs 120 per night per bed
Deluxe AC Room
Rs 500 Rs 240 per night per room (the room can be booked as a single room or may be shared with another participant)
*All rooms will be allotted on a first-come-first-serve basis
*All accommodation will be booked from July 2, 2024 (10:00 am) to July 13, 2024 (5:00 pm). If you are arriving earlier than this or leaving later than this, then please get in touch with us immediately.
*We are awaiting confirmation from some of our sponsors. Depending on that, the accommodation charges might completely waived.
Participants are expected to make their own travel arrangements.
