As members of an ensemble, band students are held to a high standard to encourage hard work and a team mentality. To join band, all students and parents must sign and return this contract to acknowledge what will be expected throughout the year. 

Students are graded on three criteria: Technical ability, Expression, and Real World Connections

Technical ability- graded through monthly playing tests and end of year concert

Expression- graded through listening responses  and end of year concert

Connections- graded through monthly practice logs, listening responses, and end of year concert
