We are your neighbors, 2,000 of us — engineers, veterans, small business owners, parents, retirees, and innovators who live and work right here in Brevard County. We love the Space Coast for its pioneering spirit, beautiful beaches, thriving aerospace industry, and strong communities.

At the Libertarian Party of Brevard, we believe you own yourself, and you own the fruits of your labor. Government’s proper role is to protect your rights — not to run your life, pick winners and losers, or spend your money without restraint.

Our Core Principles in Brevard County

• Individual Liberty: You know best how to live your life. We defend personal freedoms — including free speech, privacy, parental rights, and the right to make choices about your body and your property. We oppose unnecessary local ordinances that restrict peaceful adults.

• Fiscal Responsibility: Brevard homeowners face some of the highest property tax burdens in Florida. We fight to slash wasteful spending, eliminate crony giveaways to big developers, and dramatically reduce or eliminate the property tax burden so families and small businesses can keep more of what they earn.

• Economic Freedom: The Space Coast’s future depends on innovation, not bureaucracy. We work to cut red tape, reduce zoning and permitting delays, and eliminate unnecessary occupational licensing so entrepreneurs can launch new ventures and create jobs without government standing in the way.

• Personal Responsibility: Strong communities are built through voluntary cooperation — neighbors helping neighbors — not forced taxation. We promote education choice, criminal justice reform focused on real victims, and environmental stewardship through strong property rights.
