Civil Liberties & Regulation

Speed camera enforcement, surveillance policy, business licensing, and state preemption of local rights. We are the only party that opposes government overreach from both parties.

The Libertarian Party of Brevard County is the official county affiliate of the Libertarian Party of Florida and the national Libertarian Party. We are a legally organized political committee representing registered Libertarians and liberty-minded independents across Brevard County — from Titusville to Palm Bay.

We field candidates for local, state, and federal office; engage on county commission issues; and serve as an organized voice for limited government, individual rights, and fiscal responsibility on Florida's Space Coast.
