Frequently Asked Questions
Notifications aren't showing up.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Lowered Expectations in your device Settings → Notifications. Also check that the app has permission enabled — you may have declined this during setup.
I want to change how often I get messages.
Open the app and go to the interval settings for each contact to adjust how frequently they message you.
How do I unlock more contacts?
Contacts unlock based on how you use the app — opening notifications, staying active across multiple days, and engaging with your existing contacts. Keep using the app and they'll appear.
Can I get a refund on a tip/purchase?
All purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
