2. Age & Eligibility

Our services are strictly for guests 18 years and above.
We may request ID proof at the time of booking or check-in.
Please note that Lovender Spa offers professional massage and wellness therapies only—we do not entertain any requests outside this scope.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

We recommend booking your session in advance so you can choose your preferred time and therapist.
Walk-ins are welcome but depend on availability.
To confirm a booking, we may require your basic details such as name and contact number.

4. Payments & Service Charges

Our service rates are clearly displayed at the spa reception. Prices may vary depending on the therapy or package you choose.
Payment is accepted via cash, UPI, and digital wallets.
Full payment is required before or immediately after the session.
Discounts, seasonal offers, or promotional codes cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 6 hours before your appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
Once a session has started, no refunds will be issued.
Gift cards, vouchers, and prepaid packages are non-refundable but can be rescheduled as per availability.

6. Guest Etiquette

We request all clients to behave respectfully with therapists and staff.
Any inappropriate behavior or request will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
Lovender Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow our policies.

7. Health & Wellness Safety

Please inform us about any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before beginning your therapy.
Guests with serious medical concerns should consult their doctor before booking.
Lovender Spa is not responsible for any health issues that arise due to undisclosed conditions.
We follow strict hygiene protocols—fresh towels, sanitized rooms, and high-quality oils/products are used for every session.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information shared with us is used only for booking and service purposes.
We do not sell or share client details with third parties.
CCTV cameras are installed in reception and common areas for safety, but never in treatment rooms.

9. Liability & Responsibility

While our therapists are trained professionals, massage therapies are not a substitute for medical treatment.
By availing our services, you confirm that you are physically fit for massage.
Lovender Spa will not be held responsible for injuries or issues resulting from conditions not disclosed by the client.

10. Gift Cards, Offers & Packages

Gift cards and prepaid packages come with a validity period, which will be mentioned at purchase.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
They are non-transferable unless management approves otherwise.

11. Updates & Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions, service charges, or offers from time to time without prior notice.
The most recent version will always be available at our reception and on our official website.

12. Governing Law

All services and transactions at Lovender Spa are governed by the laws of India.
In case of any disputes, the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
