Overall Ask

This is one of the first varsity tournament of the season for the Colorado competitors. Please be alert and aware of where you need to be. Make sure you get to rounds on time and judges and competitors are not waiting on you. The biggest reason why this tournament has run long in the past is competitors not doing their best to be prompt. Please help us out and be awesome like you are. Please always be available to be contacted by your coach via whatever mechanism you decided as a team. Together we can make this an incredible tournament.

Before the Tournament

Make sure you have a Tabroom account and you can log in and your profile (phone number and phone provider) is correct. This is how you will get notified of your rounds and if it is a synchronous event, the link to get to your virtual room. Tabroom link is provided in the button below.

During the Tournament

Do whatever it takes to wake up, get to Loveland High School, and check-in with your coach by 7:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.

Log into Tabroom and click on your email in the upper right of the webpage. This is your "home base" for the tournament. It will tell you of your rounds, and where to go.

When you are alerted via text or email, please go to your Tabroom "home base" where it will provide you with your room.

Updates will be posted via email and general updates will be posted in the Updates section of this website.

If you have any issues whatsoever, please reach out to your coach that can get in touch with Tournament staff immediately. Don't wait, if you are missing competitors, judges or there is a tech issue, let us know as soon as possible to keep the tournament going.
