Please ensure all of your competitors have Tabroom accounts and are linked. If they have not done so yet, please ask them to go to tabroom.com and click "Sign Up" in the upper right hand of the web page.

Once your student has confirmed they have signed up, you just need to link them to your competitor. Click your email in Tabroom, go to the Competitor tab, Add Student button on the right, Type in the Student email they signed up with and click search. If they and you did it correctly, viola!

Enter your judges as soon as possible so they can prepare for the tournament. There is a separate Judges page for them with similar steps for them. I need to know how many judges I need to scramble to get, so do this soon, please.

IMPORTANT - You need to confirm your team is onsite through tabroom or in the physical tabroom in the Library from 7 AM to 7:30 AM. Please let us know of any drops

Please be available or have an adult on site in case we need to get a hold of you if we can't find a student or there is an emergency.

The Coaches / Tab room (Library) is there for you throughout the day to ask questions and get your students' issues to us quickly. It also allows us to find your students quickly when they are missing from rounds. Please be available as much as possible and provide a way to get a hold of you if you are judging.

Ballots will be available to you once the rounds are complete. Please do not share the results with your Students until after the tournament. We want everyone to do their best every round.

We will have finals for those events that require them. There is an awards ceremony immediately following the last final round.

Ballots will be available to competitors once the Award Ceremony is concluded. NSDA Points will be posted. Congress points will be posted to see how your students did in each speech and correlate them to the comments they received.

A survey will go out to help us do better in future. Please help us understand what you saw from your perspective.
