By commissioning me you agree to everything below, please message me if you have any questions. 

• I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

• I am allowed to use/repost completed work as advertisement or examples of work.

• You are allowed to repost art with credit, please do not use my art on anything product related unless the commission is specified before hand to be for a product.

• I do not claim rights to any characters.

• I am open to quotes at any time unless specified I am not open for commissions (check descriptions on my social accounts).

• DO NOT just message me hi, I probably won't respond or block you thinking you could be spam, send that you want to commission me and a description of what you want and a clear reference sheet. 

• If your commission has another character that you don't own please show that you have permission to use the character. 

• I will have a set up Google form for quotes.

• Please send in a full reference sheet with no shading.

• I will message you if I can do your character. 

• Your character might not get accepted because of complexity or I don't feel like I am at the skill level to take it on.  

• Fursuit heads at the most will take about 3 months, anything larger I will try and set up a timeframe with you.

• After the suit is sent for 2 months I give free fixes with shipping (ex: seam breaks, foam broke) 

• For 2 months after the suit is sent you can replace a part with only having to pay material costs and shipping.

• Paying for shipping will be included in final price 

• Payment is taken through PayPal and in USD ($) only.

• Refunds depend on how much of the piece is done. Ex: not started - 30% = full refund, 30%-70%= 70% refund. I do not give out refunds for pieces that are 80% done or finished. Please do not hesitate to ask for a refund, we can discuss how much is done and how much you will get back.

• I do not give refunds if you are not fully paid. 

• Send payments to me as Family and Friends, PayPal takes a big portion of what is sent.

• Payment plans require a good amount paid in the beginning (not like 50 dollars), I am a little leanient on how long payment plans take but I do require a payment once a month, If a medical emergancy or something comes up and we need to hold off payments I will accept but I won't be working on the suit. 

• I will try my best to send wips as often as possible. 

• I am forgetful so if I forget to send you a wip PLEASE TELL ME, I will not get mad about you asking how much work has been done. 

• I can take a week to a month depending on complexity to finish a commission. I will update you if something is causing me to take me longer than expected. I will update everyone on socials if something has happened that has caused me to pause work.

• I accept deadlines with a rush fee, will be decided based on the deadline.
