Refunds

I am always willing to do a partial refund or full refund depending on how much work has been done or the type of commission.
Art commissions, unless almost finished, will always have a full refund.
Fursuit commissions depending on how much work has been done can have partial or full refund. (ex: just started = full commission. Months in to work = partial.)
