Important Guidelines & Terms for “Pay and Play” Sessions

Please read the following carefully before booking your slot:

🔞 Eligibility

• Only individuals 15 years of age or older are allowed to book and participate in Pay and Play sessions.

💳 Booking & Payments

• All payments must be made exclusively through the official payment links shared via WhatsApp notifications. No other forms or links for payment will be accepted.

• It is the player’s sole responsibility to select and book the correct time slot. No adjustments will be made in case of incorrect bookings.

• Advance payment is required to confirm your slot.

🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued once a booking is made — all bookings are final.

• Exceptions to the no-refund policy:

  • If a session is cancelled due to insufficient bookings or reasons beyond the control of Love All & Play, the booking amount will be refunded.

  • In the event of disruptions within Facility’s control (e.g., power failure, AC malfunction, court damage), refunds may be issued.

Please note: External factors such as weather, traffic, or personal schedule changes are not eligible for refunds.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Player Guidelines

• Only the registered player may use the booked slot.

• Players may not transfer or resell their slot, nor use the facility for personal or commercial purposes outside of playing badminton with fellow community members.

• Players may arrive 10–15 minutes prior to their booked slot to warm up.

• Games must conclude within 55–60 minutes to allow a smooth transition for the next session.

🏸 Court Sharing & Rotations

• Each court will accommodate 4 players per hour.

• It will be our effort to match the playing Level of players playing together, but in extreme case you should be willing to play with better or lower level player to you. 

• If the number of bookings for a slot is not a multiple of 4, some players may need to play on a rotational basis with 1–2 others.

Example: If 5, 6, or 7 players are booked in a given hour, they will be distributed across courts and rotated accordingly.

Remember Name of Community 'Love All & Play', so just Enjoy the company of other players and Enjoy the game as well.

🎒 Please bring your own:

• 1. Badminton racket

  2. Shuttlecocks

  3. Non-marking shoes

  4. Water bottle

  5. Towel

• Rental options for rackets and shoes will be available at most venues, except Gurukulam School..

🏟️ Facility Access & Court Allocation

• Pay and Play participants will have access only to badminton courts and washrooms at the Facility.                                                                                     No access to gym, showers, or other areas is allowed within the Facility.

• Court assignments are random; specific court requests will not be accommodated.

🆘 Safety & Liability

• Love All & Play and Facility Owner are not responsible for any injuries sustained during play.

• A first aid kit will be available for minor injuries. Assistance will be provided to reach the nearest medical center in case of emergencies.

• Please take care of your personal belongings during your visit. Neither Love All & Play nor JFacility Onwer is liable for any lost or misplaced items — this includes valuables and vehicles parked in the free parking area.
