Follow the simple steps below to book your slot and get ready to play !
1. Join the WhatsApp Community
Payment links will be shared in the respective Pay and Play WhatsApp groups few Hours before the start of Playing Hours
👉 To access these groups, make sure you’ve joined the Love All & Play WhatsApp Community, and joined relevant Group(s) under it.
2. Accessing the Booking Page
Click the Payment Gateway link shared in the group. You’ll be redirected to a booking page that looks like the example shown below.
3. Select Your Slot(s)
From the available list, Click on the hourly slot(s) you wish to play in.
The Total amount payable will be automatically calculated and displayed.
🔔 Note: Please double-check your selection before proceeding — no refunds will be issued once payment is made.
4. Fill in Your Details
Enter the following information:
Mobile Number
Email Address (for booking confirmation and receipt)
Full Name
You can also optionally enter your self-assessed playing level (1 to 5). This helps us match players of similar skill levels wherever possible.
5. Proceed to Payment
Once you've selected your slot(s) and filled in your details, click on the ‘Pay Securely’ button.
A secure payment page will appear with multiple options to complete the transaction.Â
6. Payment Confirmation
After a successful payment, you’ll see a confirmation screen with a Reference ID.Â
7. Get Your Receipt
A final screen will display your transaction details, including the slots booked.
🧾 You can download your receipt for reference — it will also be emailed to you automatically.
That’s it! Your booking is confirmed.
Simply arrive at the Venue at your booked time slot and enjoy your badminton sessionÂ
