I had a series of sessions with Louise to assist me when I was struggling with low mood and anxiety as a consequence of a traumatic work experience.
She was able to allow me to talk through the issues and identify the triggers, also using Cognitive Behavioural thinking strategies to help me through daily tasks, setting goals and maintaining positive outcomes.
I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the therapy session, I felt that I had the space and capacity to be able to explain my problems and why I’d come to Louise for help in a calm and compassionate environment.
Louise took the time to fully understand the history of my problem and remain hopeful that she could help me.
