In order to connect the reader to the computer, you need a license reader for each reader. You can see an example of connection diagrams here.

How can I change the IP address of the reader?

You can change the IP address and port of the reader. We provide a free application. IP addresses and ports of each reader should be different and differ from each other. Important: do not ping the readers without a specialized application, you can damage or reset the factory settings and need to return the reader to us to restore. You must use a router for the first setup. At the time of setting up IP addresses, all other IP devices must be disconnected from the computer and router physically, as this creates interference when setting up the IP address of the reader.

Can I use a license for another computer?

The licensed file is available only for the computer on which you installed software. You cannot use this file on another computer. Software license is attached to the computer motherboard.

I reinstalled Windows OS, how can I restore the program and license?

You have the same computer and did not change the motherboard, you can again download software from our web site for free and use the previous license file. Software will work fine.

I get an SQL server error when installing software.
