Due to Former Sheriff Aym's groundbreaking impact on the LASD, members of the board of command have decided to write a long note regarding him. Former Sheriff Aym, also known as aym123p, was one of the greatest sheriffs who served in LASD. Sheriff Aym served a year in LASD before being promoted and helped the community in every way possible. Before Aym's Sheriff career, he struggled to climb ranks and had people against him, but that did not stop himself be stopped. After a very long wait, Aym finally became the LASD Sheriff on the 25th of July 2024 and sadly left us on the 23rd of October 2024. We thank him for his service. 

Sheriff Skies's commitment and genuine care towards Deputy Welfare were unwavering. Under his leadership, the LASD fostered a culture of learning and respect. Skies always put our Deputies first and pushed us forward to be more capable and confident.
