What Will I Do Today

"What Will I Do Today" is a concept album with a collection of 15 songs expressed in fictional story telling style with rhyming lyrics accompanied with splendid acoustic guitar rhythms and melodic music topped with a bit of light electric guitar. 

The sequenced collection of songs draw their influence from a fiction story about a native English speaking woman who resides in a foreign country where the long winter seasons of extensive darkness and short summer seasons of excessive sunlight affect her mood manifested as a mild case of seasonal manic depression. 

She lives in a comfortable house with her husband where they raised their children. Much of her time is spent alone while her husband is at work which tends to make her feel lonely. The circumstances bring on  her stressful periods which trigger episodes of anxiety and depression. The aftermath of a pandemic which forced nationwide quarantine only exacerbated her condition.

To regulate and stabilise her emotions and thrive better in her situation she spends time occupying herself with myriad activities such as cooking, playing a musical instrument, gardening and nature walks while slowly making social connections with family and friends once again.
