Material Creation to Expand ELI
To ensure transparency and consistency, all branding updates were systematically recorded and structured into documented files. These records served as a reference for internal training, reporting to the National College of Ireland, and maintaining an archive of changes for future use. Every update was formally presented to the team to ensure awareness and alignment across all ELI initiatives.
Seasonal Newsletters & Reports: Created and coordinated the ELI seasonal newsletter, ensuring clear structure, engaging content, and alignment with organizational goals.
Collaboration with Graphic Design: Worked closely with designers to format and structure area reports, the ELI End-of-Year Report, and newsletters, maintaining brand consistency.
Digital Updates & Social Media Management: Published reports and newsletters on social media channels, the ELI website, and updated board member & staff information using Elementor (WordPress).
Printing & Production Oversight: Managed printing logistics, including quotes, purchase orders, and formatting with print depots, ensuring high-quality printed materials.
Independent Project Management: Led this process unsupervised, taking full responsibility from creation to final review. Once printed, materials were presented to the Director and the College President for approval.
While updating the 2024 edition of reports and materials, I ensured that the core indicators and visual identity—which had remained consistent for over 10 years—were preserved. The updates focused on modernizing and refining content without introducing drastic changes, maintaining the essence of ELI and its long-standing identity. Throughout the process, I prioritized the organization’s values and history over personal creative preferences, ensuring that all modifications aligned with ELI’s mission and stakeholder expectations.
Social Media Audit & SMART Analysis: Conducted a comprehensive evaluation of past engagement, reach, and content performance, identifying key areas for improvement
Strategic Growth & Engagement: Developed a three-month projection plan, leading to a LinkedIn growth from 608 to 986 followers, significantly increasing engagement, clicks, and reach
New Partnerships & Funding: Used social media growth and visibility to secure two new funding partnerships, expanding financial support for ELI initiatives.
Quarterly Communication Strategy: Designed a structured communication plan for digital and print materials, ensuring outreach to families without access to social media
Social Media Projection Plan for ELI: Created a long-term projection plan for ELI’s social media presence, outlining key strategies for sustained growth. The plan was later presented and discussed in coordination and team meetings, ensuring alignment across the organization.

I proposed creating a workflow where all content was approved by each area but produced by the media content manager to ensure more uniformity. This was presented in the first meeting after I was hired.
