A paper on advanced modalizing within the context of Lewis' modal realism, co-authored with Ciro De Florio and Aldo Frigerio during my stay at the Catholic University of Milan, is currently under review.
I have two papers on powers, modality, and time, co-authored with Giacomo Giannini. The first one, discussing dynamism and a spotlight theory involving powers, is currently under review. The other is still in the drafting stage, and discusses what friends of dispositions ought to think on the interaction between modal and temporal logic (and also discusses the formal and informal consequences of accepting dispositions with tensed manifestations).
A paper on the governing role of laws of nature, vis-à-vis more ordinary notions of scientific explanation, is currently under review.
I am currently writing a paper with Massimiliano Carrara; building on our previous joint work on identity, explanation, and grounding, the paper explores the consequences on the notion of metaphysical grounding once identity facts are accepted as relata.
