- What is your strategy for managing and motivating your team (Regional Board/Counterparts) to work hard and successfully move the region forward?
- What does your ideal Region look like? How will you work towards making your goal, the goals of your board members, the goals of our chapters, and the goals of Alephs and BBGs come to life?
- As Regional Godol/N’siah you will be working very closely with counterparts, staff and advisors on the chapter, regional and international level. What is your relationship like with those you work with? Share an example of a challenge that you have faced in a working relationship teens and/or adults and how you overcome that challenge.
- As the Regional President your work never ends. You will need to be dedicated, and manage your time effectively. You will feel exhausted at certain points. How will you ensure you stay motivated and disciplined through the highs and lows?
- In what ways do you think LOR's programming can improve on the chapter level in this upcoming year? On a regional level?
- As the regional and chapter programming schedule continues to evolve, how do you plan to adapt region/chapter programming to use the calendar as an advantage? How to you plan to support your counterparts in doing so on the chapter level?

- There are thousands of Jewish teens in the Greater Toronto Area, but LOR has about 400 members. How do you plan to continue to help the region expand and grow?
- We have had a large influx of young members this year. How do you plan on retaining these new members, and continuing to strengthen the pipeline into BBYO?
- What do you believe connects, and maintains a connection for participants in BBYO? How do you plan to help more teens find their connection?
- How do you plan to support our new chapters while continuing your close relations with our older ones?

- Why are Summer Experiences an integral part of the future of our region? What are the values of attending a summer program? How do you plan on increasing LOR’s summer program attendance this coming year?
- With a large gap between the use of Facebook for communication between older members, and other forms of social media for younger members, how do you plan to make sure that every Jewish teen, member or non-member in the GTA, is informed about BBYO?
- What innovative methods will you use to keep the region informed of all regional events, work and news? How will you make the regional board feel accessible to our members?

- Why is Judaic content such an important part of BBYO and how will you work to keep Judaism at the heart of AZA/BBG? How will you ensure that Judaic programming is meaningful on both the regional and chapter level?
- How will you engage your counterparts in promoting regional and international Stand Up and Speak Up initiatives?
- Community service is one of the key responsibilities of the regional Shaliach/Sh’licha. As the coordinator of J-Serve, how will you ensure the continued development of our involvement in the community?
