With over 18 years of dynamic experience across education, healthcare, IT, finance, administration, and NGO development, she brings a rare blend of academic rigor and soulful engagement to every initiative. As Co-Founder Director of Unheard Cry Welfare Society, she leads programs that empower women, mentor youth, strengthen eduation , and establish study centres that integrate secular education with moral teaching.
Her knowledge base spans women’s leadership, youth mentorship, moral teaching, community outreach, operations management, ERP integration, fundraising, compliance, and digital branding. Academically, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Calcutta University and a PGDBM in HR & Finance from SIMS Ghaziabad, complemented by her expertise as an English Language Instructor."

Our Founders : Col GS Jagirdar, VSM (Retd), President of Major Mohinder Singh Jagirdar Memorial Trust and Chairman of Lord's International School, is a decorated Indian Army Officer. The President of India conferred the Vishisht Seva Medal to him for distinguished service of an exceptional order in the year 1990. His mission is to provide the youth of the country with an opportunity to get an all-round education based on an adaptation of the Indian Armed Forces training system on India's tradition-enriched soil.
Our Co FoundersSharneet Singh Jagirdar is the Director of Lord‘s International School. He had the privilege to get his schooling from the finest institutions in India and abroad. He is a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics and Communication) and Master of Business Administration. After successfully managing private banking and telecom companies, he decided to provide the necessary exposure to the children of his native place to succeed in today‘s progressive world. Lord‘s International School will make a much needed difference in the field of education.
In 2013, with the help of eminent Army Officers, Major Mohinder Singh Jagirdar Memorial Trust was registered as a nonprofit making body. This Trust owns the school and manages its affairs through a Board of Governors.
