House Description

The Main house is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Custom Craftsman style. Vaulted cedar tongue and groove ceilings with exposed beams, hard wood and concrete floors, Vertical Grain fir windows, interior doors, trim work, and many other custom features. The house was originally built in 1991 and extensively remodeled between 2012-14 with new bathrooms and kitchen granite countertops, heated tile flooring and all new fixtures. The roof was replaced in 2016 with a 50-year triple laminated composite material.
