Welcome to LoopiaHot. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when you access or use our application and related services.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using LoopiaHot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Service.

1. About LoopiaHot

LoopiaHot is provided by RAVI DELTA ENTERPRISES (PRIVATE) LIMITED, located at:

Throughout these Terms, “LoopiaHot,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company, while “you” and “your” refer to the person accessing or using the Service.

Definitions

For clarity, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• Application means the LoopiaHot mobile application provided by the Company and installed on your Device.

• Application Store means the digital marketplace through which you obtained the Application, including the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Company means RAVI DELTA ENTERPRISES (PRIVATE) LIMITED.

• Device means any device used to access the Service, including a mobile phone, tablet, computer, or similar device.

• Service means the Application and the features, content, and services made available through it.

• Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Company.

• Third-Party Service means any website, platform, service, content, or other resource provided by a third party that may be accessible through or connected to the Service.

• Terms means these Terms and Conditions and any other policies or documents expressly incorporated into them.

2. Using the Service

Your use of LoopiaHot is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to follow them.

These Terms apply to everyone who accesses or uses the Service, whether or not they create an account.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Age Requirement

LoopiaHot is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service in your location.

We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use LoopiaHot.

3. Your Responsibility When Using LoopiaHot

You are responsible for how you use the Service and for making sure that your use complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service;

• Access areas or functions that you are not authorized to access;

• Attempt to bypass security or technical restrictions;

• Introduce malicious software, code, or other harmful material;

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the Service without our permission;

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Application, except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law;

• Use automated systems to access or collect information from the Service in a way that could interfere with its operation; or

• Use the Service in a manner that could harm the Company, other users, or the Service itself.

We may take appropriate action if we reasonably believe that your use of the Service violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Accounts

Certain features may require you to create or maintain an account.

If you create an account, you are responsible for providing information that is accurate and keeping your account information up to date.

You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

If you believe that someone has accessed your account without authorization, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe it has been used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or the security of the Service.

5. Application Store Requirements

If you download LoopiaHot through an Application Store, your use of the Application is also subject to the rules and terms of that Application Store.

Apple and Google, as applicable, are not responsible for providing support for the Service unless their own policies require otherwise.

Your relationship with the relevant Application Store is governed by its own terms and policies.

You acknowledge that the Company, rather than the Application Store, is responsible for the Application and the content and services provided through it, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

6. Third-Party Websites and Services

LoopiaHot may contain links to websites, platforms, or services operated by third parties.

These third-party services are outside our control. We do not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, or reliability, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

If you choose to access a third-party website or service, you do so at your own discretion and should review that provider's terms and privacy policy before using it.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by the terms established by that third party.

7. Intellectual Property

The Application and Service, including their design, software, branding, graphics, text, interfaces, features, and other content provided by the Company, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not:

• Reproduce or redistribute the Service;

• Modify or create derivative works from the Service;

• Republish or commercially exploit the Company's content;

• Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; or

• Use the Company's branding or intellectual property without prior written permission.

Using LoopiaHot does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep LoopiaHot available and functioning properly, but we cannot promise that the Service will always be available or operate without interruption.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance or updates;

• Technical problems;

• Network or infrastructure failures;

• Security incidents;

• Third-party service interruptions; or

• Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may also change, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service from time to time.

Where practical, we will try to provide reasonable notice of significant changes, but we may make urgent changes without advance notice when necessary to protect the Service, users, or comply with legal requirements.

9. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using LoopiaHot at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service if:

• You breach these Terms;

• Your use creates a security or operational risk;

• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;

• We are required to do so by law; or

• We decide to discontinue the Service or a material part of it.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before restricting access. However, immediate suspension or termination may be necessary in certain circumstances.

Once your access is terminated, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

LoopiaHot is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that:

• The Service will always be available;

• The Service will meet all of your expectations or requirements;

• The Service will operate without interruption or errors;

• Information provided through the Service will always be complete, accurate, or current;

• The Application will be compatible with every device or software environment; or

• Any technical errors or defects will always be corrected.

We also do not guarantee that the Service or its servers will always be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or protection that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its suppliers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This may include, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, loss of privacy, or other indirect losses, even if we have been informed that such damages might occur.

To the extent that liability cannot be excluded, the total liability of the Company and its suppliers under these Terms will be limited to the greater of:

• The amount you actually paid to the Company through the Service during the applicable period; or

• USD 100, if you have not made any purchase through the Service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where applicable law does not permit such exclusion or limitation.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your:

• Violation of these Terms;

• Misuse of the Service;

• Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights; or

• Unauthorized use of the Application or Service.

This obligation does not apply to the extent that the relevant claim results from the Company's own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to rules concerning conflicts of law.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under mandatory local laws that cannot be waived by contract.

Your use of LoopiaHot may additionally be subject to other laws and regulations applicable to you or your use of the Service.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about LoopiaHot or believe that a dispute has arisen between you and the Company, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve the issue informally.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

15. European Union Users

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, these Terms do not remove or limit any mandatory consumer protections granted to you under the laws of the EU member state in which you reside.

Where local consumer law provides rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived, those rights will continue to apply.

16. United States Legal Compliance

You represent that:

1. You are not located in a country or territory subject to applicable United States government sanctions or embargoes that prohibit your use of the Service; and

2. You are not listed on a United States government sanctions or restricted-party list that would prohibit you from using the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of LoopiaHot is permitted under the laws applicable to you.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original purpose as closely as possible.

If that is not possible, the affected provision will be removed, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

18. Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we have waived our right to enforce it later.

Similarly, a waiver of one breach does not constitute a waiver of any later breach.

19. Language

We may provide these Terms in languages other than English for convenience.

If there is any inconsistency or dispute between the English version and a translated version, the English version will control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to the Service, our business practices, legal requirements, or other circumstances.

When we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance, including by updating the Terms within the Service or through another appropriate communication method.

The updated version will take effect on the date stated at the beginning of the revised Terms.

If you continue using LoopiaHot after the updated Terms become effective, that continued use means you accept the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the Service.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly referenced here, form the agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of LoopiaHot.

They replace any previous agreements or understandings relating to your use of the Service, except where a separate written agreement expressly applies.
