If you're an advanced high school twirler, come join Feature Twirler Gracie Williams on Saturday, September 19th for Game Day!
We're excited to have you visit Austin and see what being a Feature Twirler for The University of Texas is all about!

*Middle school twirlers who meet the trick requirements may be eligible.
TWIRLER FOR A DAY
On Saturday, September 19th, up to 15 advanced twirlers will be selected based on twirler resume/video to shadow the Longhorn Band and experience a day in the life of the UT Feature Twirler. You’ll spend Game Day with Gracie and the Longhorn Band—attend morning rehearsal, eat the pregame meal, march to the stadium with the band, field access and pictures with Texas icons, and cheer the Longhorns to victory.
Twirlers must provide a video of a double illusion, 5-spin and advanced 2/3 baton in order to be selected. The twirlers will be performing a special performance during the 3rd quarter for Darrell K. Royal Memorial Stadium's 100,000+ fans and these elements are required for this performance.
Twirlers will be notified by September 4th if they have been chosen for the game day experience.
*7th and 8th graders may be selected based on level of twirling skills.
