Twirler for a Day Schedule

Twirler Schedule (These are estimated times - Exact times will updated the week of the game)

5:20 AM – Twirlers walk from drop off location and meet Whitney at the Band Hall (Room MRH 2.404 - Dark Blue Star on map). Whitney will be chaperoning the twirlers for the day and we have recommendations for parents below.

5:45 AM – Walk to Bubble with Whitney! Watch Gracie and Longhorn Band (LHB) rehearse for game day and practice Twirler Day performance!

7:30 AM – LHB Rehearsal ends, return to Band Hall

7:30 AM – Follow along as Gracie and LHB perform at Bevo Blvd and Stadium Stampede!

9:00 AM – Game Day Meal

10:10 AM – Step off for stadium

10:40 AM – Watch Pre-Game and Kickoff!

~1:20 PM – TWIRL during first time-out of the 3rd Quarter to Wabash!

~2:45 PM – Walk back to Band Hall

Parents - There is so much to do around the stadium on game day from a concert at Longhorn City Limits to visiting the food trucks and watching the band perform before the game!

5:20 AM - Drop your twirlers off at the Band Hall (Blue Stars) - Please message with any questions! :) 

6:00 AM - Feel free to watch Longhorn Band Rehearsal in the Bubble (Gold Star)

8:00 AM - Band performs at Bevo Blvd - Bevo is welcomed into the stadium! (Brown line on the street)

8:30 AM - Band performs at Stadium Stampede - Football players are welcomed into the stadium! (Brown line on the street)

10:00 AM - Enter the stadium if you have tickets and watch Pre-Game and the Longhorns play! 

~1:20 PM - Walk towards North End Zone after Half-time to get a better view! Watch your twirlers perform in the North End Zone for 100K+ fans!! (Green star)

~2:45 PM - Meet your twirlers at the Band Hall (Dark Blue Star)
