Jesper Silva is a certified English teacher from the Philippines. Before coming to Taiwan to teach English in Long Shan Elementary School, he served as an English teacher in private and public high schools in his hometown for more than two (2) years. Moreover, he was an IELTS trainer to skilled workers and professionals bound to work, study, and migrate to English speaking countries. He finished his Bachelor's degree of Secondary Education Major in English at a prestigious university in northern Philippines as Cum Laude and he secured rich diverse experiences as an active student in co-curricular activities which greatly helped him to become an adaptable and effective communicator to both his students and fellow teachers.
