Pathway

The pathway sub project is reviewing the routes for hospital admission for all people with a diagnosed spinal cord injury and their journey through secondary and tertiary care and back into primary care.

There are a number of 'deep dive' areas that have been identified as having additional complexity.

These have been process mapped below and include Metastatic Spinal Cord Compression, elderly, dual pathologies, ventilated patients, mental health issues and the transition to adulthood.
